Bobbi Hafer, DVM

Dr. Hafer received her BS degree in Animal Science and Industry and her D.V.M. from Kansas State in May 2004. She is a member of the Alpha Zeta Agricultural Honor Society and the Phi Zeta Veterinary Medicine Honorary.

A farm girl from Nebraska at heart, she loves to work with both large and small animals. While in elementary school she decided to become a veterinarian and has worked with animals ever since.

Her areas of special interest are exotic animal medicine, zoo animal medicine and internal medicine. Kansas State's Exotic and Zoo animal program allowed her to work with many species from A to Z including an anteater, aardvark, various birds, coati mundi, ferrets, hedgehogs, kangaroo, lions, lizards, monkeys, orangutan, rabbits, raptors, snakes, sugar gliders, tigers, turtles, wallaby, and zebra.

In her free time, she loves playing with her Jack Russell, Dixie and playing volleyball with her husband, Justin and friends.
