Dr. Steen and his family enjoy all the wonderful outdoor activities that make life in Colorado so wonderful including skiing, hiking, biking, fly-fishing and backpacking.

Dr. Steen loves to fish. Last year he traveled to Mill Lacs Lake, Minnesota (ice fishing for walleye, perch and eelpout), Traverse City, Michigan (walleye and trout), Kenai Alaska (salmon, halibut and trout), South Padre Island, Texas (sea trout, redfish and tarpon) and several trips in Colorado for trout including a treacherous backpacking trip to the bottom of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison.
