Meredith Burket, DVM

A true native of Colorado, Dr. Meredith Burket was born and raised in Greeley. She completed a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Anatomy at Colorado State University in 2002, and then attended veterinary school at CSU, graduating in May of 2007. Professionally, Dr. Burket is most interested in Emergency and Critical Care medicine but also enjoys endocrine disease management and anesthesia. After her year here at VCA Alameda East Veterinary Hospital, she hopes to continue working in emergency medicine while adding to her growing family.

During her time off, Dr. Burket can be found in Fort Collins with her husband, Jordan Fritts, their beautiful 3-year-old daughter, Olivia, and her two dogs and cats. Spending time with extended family and friends as well as hiking and camping are their favorite activities.
