Carmen Chavez, DVM

Dr. Carmen Chavez was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She realized at an early age that becoming a veterinarian would combine her love for science and animals. She completed a B.S in Biology at Colorado State University in 2003. Shortly ther after she moved to the Twin Cities and recieved her DVM from the University of Minnesota in 2009. Her professional interests include Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

Outside of work she enjoyes running, hiking, reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends, her boyfriend Joel and her feisty cat Chloe.
